GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal.

RETURN COSTS

After registering your return, you will receive a pre-paid return label. Depending on the country, return costs may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Items may be tried on but must show no signs of wear, washing or damage
All tags must be attached
Items must be free of stains, odors or pet hair

All items will be inspected upon receipt. Items found to be in an unsuitable condition may be refused or partially refunded.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service before returning it.
